Jot down notes while you examine each site. Remember to stay in character as you examine the sites and don't compare notes until you get back with your four-person group.

(To you, a good WebQuest is one that allows critical thinking such as having to analyze information, synthesize multiple persoectives etc and also one that allows for creativity)
Some degree of higher order thinking required for the task, i.e. analysing data, evaluation information found on the various websites. The element of creation, i.e. making the brochure, is also present. Use of rubrics is useful in evaluation.
More guidance and scaffolding can be provided vis-a-vis evaluation of web resources. For example, guiding questions can be provided to lead the students through the evaluation process.
Extent of HOT skills required understanding (of facts pertaining to selected dinosaur) and application (in the visual representation of the information). The main critical thinking component would be in deciding how to present the facts found in a creative and accessible manner. (Dinosaur Song is adorable though; kids would love!)
As the task is focused on fact-finding, students could easily "cut and paste" the information, with little synthesis and analysis. As an aside, the Dinosaur Fact Sheet link is inactive and more sites could be provided for students to visit (vague instruction on "visit sites" to gather more info).
Teaching of copyright/plagiarism helps enhance students' IP knowledge. The element of reflection and the provision of the rubrics allows for students to evaluate their process, thinking and product.
Small degree of HOT skills involved since students only required to find data and facts and present in an information report. Too structured and guided and does not allow for students to represent their knowledge in more creative manners (i.e multiple intelligences).
